Otis Maxwell, has put technology to work for his clients throughout his career. His automated correspondence system for Harry & David was the subject of a DMA study in 1992. He was an early adopter of electronic media, at a time when spam emails got a 33% open rate. Along the way he has written controls and winning campaigns for such leading marketers and organizations as Wells Fargo Bank, Oracle, Men’s Health magazine, MetLife and the Salvation Army. Otis is the winner of 4 Echoes and a Gold Caples award and teaches the DMA’s intensive two-day copywriting course.
